Thrift Score: Dansk Staved Teak Salad Bowls

Finds at the world's most expensive thrift store. I was in there over the summer & they still have the same stuff? I visit very infrequently for this very reason. Score! This had to be the cheapest thing in the store! Dansk "Staved Teak Salad Bowl & Four Small Bowls," designed by JHQ. Made in Thailand so they are 70-80's. They are big and have good weight. They must have been a pretty penny back in the day. Cleaned & oiled.

Signed Georges Briard "L'Oignon" dip bowls. Prob. late 1970's to early 80's. SOLD

There was a very worn yellow enameled japanned tray marked Georges Briard but I couldn't talk her down in price. Shame, I couldn't rescue the poor thing.
