We had venison the other nite. The hubby marinated in his secret sauce and charcoal grilled the steaks along with marinated Portabellas (the only way I like them) zucchini, squash and fennel. Yum! Washed down with some recommended Trader Joe Italian red wine - it was okay. Thanks to Dave for the deer.
